About Us

Envrionment & Heritage Interpretation Center of Beijing Normal University is a professionale research organization about environmental and heritage interpretation in China. The center was formed in 2005 to share issues and ideas, improve professional standards and raise the profile of environment and heritage interpretation as a profession in China. It has the major of Environment and heritage interpretation for master degree and Ph.D degree.

Now the center has 3 professional researchers and 25 graduate students and six of them are doctoral students and 19 of them are master students.

The center also helps the Geoparks, Museums, Zoos etc. to develop the interpretive planning, do the evaluation about the interpretation system, do the training for the management staffs and interpreters( or tour guides).

Environment & Heritage Interpretation Center of Beijing Normal University is earliest established as a professional organization of interpretation and has developed a lot of programs about Environment & Heritage Interpretation in China.
